10 Days Upgrade Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new condition without drop, water or scratches, an upgrade is available to better INNOVATIVE model by topping up the difference and there will be no refund.


Missing Item(s), Wrong Item(s) or Incorrect Package Sent

During delivery, please make sure the package is in good condition and confirm the contents before signing the package.

Possible Solutions after the problem is confirmed by INNOVATIVE:

If there is an item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory provided it is reported on the day of receiving the item.

If we have shipped the wrong item, we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available). INNOVATIVE will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and reimburse you for the return shipping fee when we receive it.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

During delivery, please make sure the package is in good condition and confirm the contents before sending the package.
